We have appointed Scientroninc Instruments in Western Australia to be our contract service agent, Scientronic Instruments will support us for warranty and non warranty issues, if you need support for any non warranty issues you can contact them directly on 08 9361 8247 or if it is a warranty issue you will need to phone our office first.

We have also contracted L&N Refrigeration to look after any issues that may come up with any Refrigerated items, you can also contact Neil Treloar for non warranty issues direct on 0418 940 055

With the support of both companies we are sure your Instruments will be in good hands if you ever need this support.

Staff Appointment:
We would like to announce the appointment of Mrs. BanLay Tan to our Perth sales team, BanLay has had several years experience in the sales area based in Perth working closely with Private and Public healthcare, education and research institutions, BanLay will be working with us on a Permanent part time basis and I am sure those who know BanLay will give her a warm welcome back to the industry since being on maternity leave. BanLay starts on Monday the 5th July and can be contact by email: btan@hurstscientific.com.au

Labvision Antibodies are now available through Hurst Scientific, as the WA distributor for Shandon AP range of products in WA we can now offer Labvision antibodies direct, I am sure our prices will be very competitive, we will hold stock here in Perth for Committed orders otherwise the usual delivery time of 2-3 weeks will be offered, advance knowledge can reduce delivery times in many cases.
