Super precise lab tested cryostat chucks a fast heat exchange to improve the cooling rate of the specimen. A firm adhesion using different freezing mediums such as O.C.T. compound. Suitable for most cryostats, including Leica and other similar models, such as Advantik IEC, and Tanner cryostats.

MADE ENTIRELY IN THE USA – from aerospace billet aluminum for excellent chilling transfer properties. ALL SURFACES ARE PROTECTED – with a clear anodize coating, for increase wear resistance and ease of cleaning. REFERENCE MARK– for easy alignment – visible from the front or back of the holder. MICRO PRECISION SQUARE – for true positioning to ensure first cut accuracy. ABRASIVE FINISHED MOUNTING SURFACE – allows for a tight bond of OTC embedding compound. FEATURING A SHANK RELIEF – that prevents the chuck from lodging in the holder.
